Any purchase or visit to the website automatically implies full acceptance of these terms. PRELIMINARY ARTICLE Client: Any user of the Website who has a customer account on the Website and/or makes a purchase of a Product through the Website. Every Client is a User of the Website. Order: The process that allows the Client to select the Products they wish to purchase on the Website. This Order is finalized when the Client has selected the products they wish to receive, the delivery options, and completed the payment for those products. Product: Refers to any product that can be viewed or purchased on the Website by a User. If a User refuses the GTS or their subsequent modifications, they must cease any use of the Website. ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE The Website is hosted by Shopify Inc., a provider of the digital e-commerce platform that allows LGD to present and sell its Products and services. By accepting these GTS, the User expressly declares that they have reached the legal age in their country, state, or province of residence and have given their consent to allow any minor under their responsibility to use the Website. If the User is a legal entity, it must be duly represented, under the conditions provided by law, which the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to. The User agrees not to use the Products or services of this Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes. The User agrees not to compromise the proper functioning of the Website by using means such as worms, viruses, or any other harmful computer code or procedure. The Website's service, its operation, as well as any part or content of the Website's service, may be interrupted at any time by LGD, without notice or prior information to the User. The User acknowledges and agrees that all descriptions of Products and all prices of Products may be modified at any time and without notice, at LGD's sole discretion. LGD reserves the right to discontinue the offer of a Product at any time and without notice, at its sole discretion. LGD acknowledges that any offer of Products or services presented on its Website is null where prohibited by law. ARTICLE 5 – PRICES The User acknowledges and agrees that the price of Products may be modified without notice. The prices of Products applied to the Client correspond to those displayed on the Website at the time of the Order. Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. ARTICLE 6 – ORDERS The User may place an Order without creating an account. Once the Order is confirmed and payment is received, the User will receive a tracking number via email. The User cannot cancel an Order after confirmation. ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY Delivery times are indicated on the Website and may vary between 2 and 10 business days. LGD is not responsible for delays due to third parties or force majeure events. ARTICLE 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, Products cannot be refunded or exchanged, except if defective. Products must be returned intact, with their original packaging and accessories. In case of technical problems, LGD declines all responsibility. ARTICLE 13 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION The Client agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete purchase information for all Orders made on the Website. It is their responsibility to keep their account data, including email address, payment information, and credit card details, up to date. ARTICLE 14 – PROHIBITED USES The User agrees not to use the Website for illegal purposes or to violate the intellectual property rights of LGD or third parties, to collect personal information of other users, send spam, or perform phishing activities. Any unlawful use will result in the immediate suspension of services. ARTICLE 15 – OPTIONAL TOOLS LGD may provide access to third-party tools "as is". The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of such tools is at their own risk and discretion, without any warranty or liability from LGD.
